When I adopted Kassie, she had an ongoing respiratory issue that we could not get cleared up. She was miserable.
After repeated trips and different medications, we finally got her healthy!!
The staff is always loving on her when I go to pick her up. She gets all the snuggles and love while she’s there. Love the staff!!
Never running on time. Have dogs in cages way longer than needed. Don’t take into account if they are a service animal or not. Nor is the animal seem to be taken into account even when showing signs of anxiety.
Love the vet techs, and 3 out of 4 of the vets I’ve had a great experience with and trust with my pets completely. As for the 4th vet, if they’d work on their communication with clients and empathy I’d like them more but the lack of empathy and miss communication and bare minimum communication made me request my pet see any of the other vets.
