5 Reviews on “Broadmoor East Veterinary Clinic”
Seniors beware.. I took my long haired elderly dog for one tooth extraction. They cleaned the teeth then pulled them all out without consulting me, then charged me $800. The upsetting part was they left a tight bandage around her leg which wasn’t discovered for 2 days causing the leg to swell painfully.
I really want to leave a higher rating, we’re very thankful we found a vet to take our ferrets too but honestly not happy with the cost. We will be returning for surgery on one and after reading other reviews we are VERY NERVOUS we will not be bringing a pet home; plus not looking forward to the large bill we will have for such small animals.
Brought my pain in the butt, Pembroke corgi in to get his nails trimmed. I spent an hour the night before trying to wrestle him into submission. The folks at Broadmoor were able to get all 20 toenails cut in less than five minutes and he was happier than a clam! I will most definitely be a repeat client.
I’ve brought 7-10 always in over 14 years for grooming n just to I overloaded to give the babies good attention. I usually take them in over 2 days n 2nd day was the girls, 2 which have never been in cause were groomed in their home n the experience was hard on them, so many dogs in there n so much more then has been in 14 years, the experience was hard on them took them over 8 hours to get them done. Just to overloaded to give them good quality care. The first day with the 3 boys n 1 westie was long but was ok 2 got trimmed asked for all to but boys didn’t really, but next day with the girls over 8 hours, just not good to many dogs to give them good care???
